At RCMPWatches.com, operated by EMBIX Watch Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we sell. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want your shopping experience to be simple and secure.

1. Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including watch box, manuals, and warranty card).
  • All protective films, tags, and labels must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns will not be accepted for watches that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For security and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at web@rcmpwatches.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.
  4. Carefully repackage your watch and ship it using a trackable and insured method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If your return is not approved (e.g., item shows wear or is missing packaging), it will be returned to you.

5. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer product exchanges for the same model (if available) or for a different model of equal or greater value.
If the replacement watch is of higher value, the price difference will be charged before shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at web@rcmpwatches.com with photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

7. Warranty Service

All RCMP Watches and GLOCK Watches sold through RCMPWatches.com are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty through EMBIX Watch Co. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
