At RCMPWatches.com, operated by EMBIX Watch Co., we take pride in ensuring your order is handled with care and delivered securely. Every watch is packaged and shipped directly from our facility in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding statutory holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
2. Shipping Within Canada
We ship nationwide across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx, depending on your location and the selected service.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your province, postal service availability, or seasonal demand.
Free Shipping:
Orders over $100 CAD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.
3. International Shipping
At this time, RCMPWatches.com primarily serves customers within Canada, but we can accommodate international shipping requests by special arrangement.
Please contact web@rcmpwatches.com before placing your order for international rates, delivery timelines, and customs information.
Note: International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by their country’s regulations.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact web@rcmpwatches.com for assistance.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, please note that delivery may occasionally be affected by:
- Weather or carrier-related disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
- Peak holiday seasons or customs delays
We will always work with you to resolve any shipping issues and keep you updated in the event of a delay.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact web@rcmpwatches.com immediately.
We will open a carrier investigation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
Please retain all original packaging and documentation for the claims process.
7. Signature Upon Delivery
For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $250 CAD.
If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier will leave a pickup notice or attempt redelivery.
